How to Book Your Treatment with Us
To ensure the highest quality of personalized care, all new and returning patients must first complete a complimentary 15-minute online consultation.
During this brief video call, we will discuss your health goals and determine the appropriate treatment plan. We will then confirm the precise time, duration, and mobile location for your upcoming Initial Evaluation (which includes your in-depth initial consultation and first treatment) or Follow-up / Returning Visit.
Please note: Your treatment appointment will be officially confirmed and locked into our schedule once details are finalized and payment is completed via Zelle or Venmo.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund or a free schedule change.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% service fee penalty ($80 for Initial Evaluation / $55 for Follow-up), and the remaining 50% will be refunded. Completed treatment sessions are non-refundable.
