Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Heal at Home Acupuncture, we reserve dedicated time for your individualized in-home care. Because mobile services require careful schedule management and travel planning, we strictly enforce the following Cancellation and Refund Policy.

1. 24-Hour Notice Required

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled visit.

2. Late Cancellation & No-Show Fees

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within less than 24 hours of the appointment time, as well as missed appointments (No-Shows), will incur a 50% service fee penalty:

Initial In-Home Visit Fee: $80 (50% of the $160 visit fee)
Follow-up Session Fee: $55 (50% of the $110 session fee)

3. Refund Policy

Completed Services: All treatments, consultations, and home visit services rendered are non-refundable.
Pre-paid Fees: Fees paid toward late cancellation penalties are non-refundable.
